Ensight Haynes Whaley designed the structural systems for this 336,000 sf, 1,200 bed residence hall that replaced the original Quad dormitories on UH main campus. The complex includes 6 total buildings with 4 and 5-story building connected via multilevel bridges at each floor. The project also includes 3-story walk-up townhouse units for 18 students and a 1-story commons building with classroom facilities.
