The New University Residence Hall is a 7-Story, 215,000 square feet dormitory. The Residence Hall will provide 800 beds as well as a dining hall and convenience store on the first level. The unique design will allow for separate housing for both the male and female population on the two wings of the dormitory along with communal space on each level.

The structure is supported on auger-cast piles with pile caps. The first floor slab is a structural two-way slab that was designed to carry the wet-weight of concrete from both conventional forming and tunnel forming. The upper levels consist of tunnel formed shear walls and flat plate slab.
