New, 3-story, 70,000 sf academic building with classrooms, biology laboratory, medical education simulation, and office area. The 1st Floor structure is a concrete structural slab over void forms. The primary elevated structure is conventionally steel framed with elevated floors consisting of concrete slabs on composite metal deck. Hipped roof is framed with light-gauge metal trusses.  The 3-level covered area was designed for the future addition and pedestrian bridge connector.
