Another project in the books as construction is now complete at Rice University's Sid Richardson Residential College. This project consisted of a new 13-story under-graduate residence with two stories of common area space, 2 Residential Advisor suites, and a 2-story 4,000-SF Magisters residence. Structurally, this building is a post-tensioned, cast-in-place concrete structure with a signature serrated brick masonry exterior.
