New, 83,000 sf academic building with instructional laboratories for upper-level biology, interdisciplinary flex research laboratories, innovation space, multipurpose space, faculty office, senior leadership suite, and support spaces.

The laboratory portion of building is conventional flat plate

cast-in-place concrete to provide vibration resistance while high-bay innovation space is steel-framed with long-span joists. This project also included expansion of the campus South Central Plant and a greenhouse.
