The 2-story multi-building campus is located on the same site as the existing Lee High School campus. The construction of this new facility requires that only a small portion of the school will be torn down so that half the site will be used to build the new buildings. The existing building will only be demolished after construction is complete to make room for the school’s new track field. Located in the Briar Meadow neighborhood, Lee High School is planning on utilizing the new campus’s open layout to replicate a university-style environment to encourage learning.

The new facilities utilizes large-sized under-reamed drilled piers to carry the minimized number of columns used in conjunction with joists and long-span joist girders that create an open environment. These piers are also used to carry the façade loads of CMU and brick veneer walls. Where CMU and brick are not used, most of the walls are full-height curtain walls to allow plenty of natural daylight into the spaces. The campus features two-story high common spaces, a lunch room, gymnasiums,, a theater, and CTE (Construction & Technology Education) space.
