The new, 20,000 sf annex building will provide additional space for Rice School of Architecture teaching, exhibitions, and research. The open concept with exposed structure includes a new level 2 connector to Anderson Hall that spans above the existing ornamental arcade structure.

The 20,000 sf hall will be geared toward exhibition space, flexible teaching space, research and fabrication space and faculty offices. It will also serve as the hub of a cross-disciplinary program involving all of Rice’s schools.
